Keith R.A. DeCandido has written nine other stories featuring Cassie Zukav and her adventures involving Norse gods, folkloric creatures, and rock and roll music. Most of them have been collected in Ragnarok and Roll: Tales of Cassie Zukav, Weirdness Magnet, published in 2013 by Plus One Press. Cassie stories have also appeared in Apocalypse 13, Out of Tune, Tales from the House Band Volumes 1-2, and Urban Nightmares. Keith is the author of about 50 novels, bunches of short fiction (including a story in the first Bad-Ass Faeries anthology in 2007), a smattering of comic books, a mess of blog entries, and lots more, ranging from his series of fantasy police procedurals (Dragon Precinct, Unicorn Precinct, Goblin Precinct, Gryphon Precinct, Tales from Dragon Precinct, and the upcoming Mermaid Precinct) to "The Ballad of Big Charlie" in Jonathan Maberry's V-Wars to dozens of works in various media universes, most recently Star Trek: The Klingon Art of War, Leverage: The Zoo Job, and the monthly Farscape comic book. In 2009, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers, which means he never needs to achieve anything ever again. His rewatch of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine appears twice weekly on Tor.com, and his collection of short fiction Without a License: The Fantastic Worlds of Keith R.A. DeCandido will be out soon from Dark Quest Books. Keith is also a freelance editor, a second-degree black belt in karate, a veteran podcaster (The Chronic Rift, HG World, The Dome, Gypsy Cove, and his own Dead Kitchen Radio: The Keith R.A. DeCandido Podcast), a member of the Liars Club, an avid baseball fan, and probably some other stuff that he can't remember due to the lack of sleep. Find out less at his cheerfully retro web site at DeCandido.net.
